Welcome to the site of the Competence Center Test Management of KLM Information Services. This website gives you an impression of our department, the challenging projects we support, the functions we distinguish in our organisation and the test methods and tools we use.

Two years ago the Competence Center was set up to further professionalise testing in the KLM organisation. The demand for test professionals showed a sharp increase over the past years. Even more important is our focus on the positioning of testing in the Air France-KLM organisation. In close cooperation with other departments within the ICT Community, we continuously work on the development and improvement of our products and services for the business. Therefore we also invest in the development of our employees.

The diversity of our work is enormous

• the test assignments vary per project
• we support multiple businesses (e.g. Passenger Operations, Flight Operations, Engineering & Maintenance)
• we work in multidisciplinary teams and in multicultural settings

Nowadays the Competence Center consists of approximately seventy employees, a large number is hired externally.
